RFID/NFC Tags
In line with the portfolio modernization and diversification program, Albano Alves Indústria invested in a new add-on that enabled its production to manufacture RFID and/or NFC tags.
Moreover, we partnered with recognized manufacturers of RFID inlays (chips and antennas) that enable us to manufacture labels with embedded technology, in the most diverse formats and substrates, catering to the specific requirements of each business.
We offer RFID labels on roll, in UHF (856-960 MHz) or HF (13.56 MHz – NFC) frequencies, which can be delivered blank or already encoded and printed with the variable data you want.
“Linerless” adhesive
At Albano Alves Indústria, reducing our products’ environmental footprint is a constant concern, continuously looking into reducing waste and including circular economy materials in the production process.
As a result, we have recently incorporated “linerless” labels into our portfolio and we are now able to provide our customers with an innovative and more environmentally friendly solution.
Adhesive labels
Labels are fundamental in most business contexts and allow product identification, asset inventory, traceability, quality control, among many other applications. Without them, your business stops.
Our operations are prepared to produce blank or pre-printed labels with fixed or variable data, in the most diverse materials, such as paper (thermal or non-thermal), polypropylene, polyethylene, among others.
We offer all types of adhesives, such as permanent, removable, for freezing and high temperature environments, and for irregular surfaces, generally covering any of your company’s needs.
We also provide bespoke manufacturing, offering any size of label on a roll, or zigzag and continuous roll, in different core diameters and with a number of labels adapted to your printer.
Non-adhesive labels
In certain businesses – such as the wood or metal processing industries, vegetable gardens and even entertainment and event industries –, non-adhesive labels are often the most appropriate solution, due to the specificity of the products and/or services intended.
At Albano Alves Indústria, we are prepared to produce your labels on cardboard (thermal or non-thermal), in different weights and formats, packed in rolls or zigzag, adapted to your printer. We are also capable of any type of fixed or variable pre-press.
If the degree of exposure of your products to different variables requires more resistant non-adhesive materials, we also offer labels in Valéron and Artydel®.
