Within the scope of its commercial activity, whether in our establishments or on our website, the company Albano R. N. Alves — Industria de Transformação de Papel, S.A., (hereinafter referred to as “Responsible Entity”) for short, with headquarters at Rua das Maçarocas nº 12 — Abrunheira — 2714-523 Sintra (Portugal), under the unique registration and legal person number PT 506 471 977, requests the customer to provide a set of personal data, that is, information provided by the customer that allows the Responsible Entity to identify you and, or contact you (personal data). This company is responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data is requested, in particular, at the beginning and continuation of the contractual relationship, which can be carried out in our commercial establishments or on our website and also other initiatives of a similar nature, when the customer registers on our website, requests contact and/or sending newsletters, subscribes to a specific service, purchases a product or establishes a contractual relationship with the Responsible Entity. They are archived electronically during the time period strictly necessary for their purpose. Once the objective is achieved, the data will be archived, deleted or anonymized.

The personal data collected and processed consists of information relating to name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, cell phone, e-mail, address, tax and civil identification number, although other personal data may be necessary or convenient within the scope of carrying out the contractual relationship, the goods supplied or the services made available by the Responsible Entity.

The Privacy Policy, as well as the collection, processing or transmission of the Holder’s data, are governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 and by applicable legislation and regulations in Portugal.

Occasionally, the Responsible Entity will update this Privacy Policy.
